About us
“Education is more than books and classrooms — it’s the key to freedom, dignity, and progress. When one child learns, an entire community rises.”
Our Vision
“Education is more than books and classrooms — it’s the key to freedom, dignity, and progress. When one child learns, an entire community rises.”
Our Mission
Rise Education Initiative works to ensure that every young person can learn, lead, and thrive. By investing in locally-led education movements, advocating for equitable policies, and amplifying youth voices, we strive to break the barriers that keep millions of children — especially girls — out of school.

Celebrating 5 Years of Girls’ Education
Over these five years, we have:
• Partnered with dozens of community-based organizations to bring learning opportunities to marginalized girls and young women.
• Supported local innovators who have designed safe learning spaces, culturally relevant curricula, and digital tools tailored for girls in remote or conflict-affected areas.
• Influenced policy dialogues and funding commitments to close gender gaps in education and amplify youth voices in decision-making.
• Walked side-by-side with more than 20 girls who now believe — and can act on the belief — that they have the right to learn, lead, and thrive.
As we mark this milestone, we pause to reflect: the barriers remain deep and complex, but the possibilities ahead are real and powerful. The girls we support are not just recipients of aid — they are partners, change-makers, and visionaries.
We celebrate every classroom opened, every mentor trained, every story shared, and every girl stepping into her future with dignity. And we renew our commitment: to keep expanding, learning, and acting boldly until every girl, everywhere, has the chance to build the future she imagines.
Thank you to our partners, supporters, communities, and most importantly the girls themselves — for believing, striving and rising.
